We have a well established Quality Control Team for in-line, end-line to final inspection through all departments along with dispatched quality audit performed in compliance to AQL(Acceptable Quality Level).For the Final inspection we follow 4 point inspection system or J.C Penney AQL System or as per buyer requirements.
The Quality department is control by the top management to ensure the quality level. The Quality Control Team controls the quality from yarn to packing goods. 5 Fabrics Quality Controllers who check the fabrics from the beginning of fabrication until complete production and 18 Garments Quality Controllers control the garments from start cutting till packing. Final Inspection is done by our 6 Senior Quality controllers. This is totally controlled by the Head Office. We have a systematic Quality Control Policy as well as professional Quality Control team.
